This job was at a house in Hewett where the homeowner had a number of faulty lights that needed replacing. We suggested upgrading them to modern LED downlights, which would provide better lighting and a cleaner look.

The existing ceiling cut outs were larger than the new lights, so we used flange adapters to suit the openings and achieve a neat finish without needing to patch the ceiling. The lights are controlled by a sensor, which was also replaced during the installation to ensure everything operated correctly.

While carrying out the work we also installed two new RF interconnected smoke alarms, improving the safety of the home and ensuring the alarms will activate together if one is triggered.
